Shipping time/delivery estimates are displayed on the item page and check out based on your destination. We cannot guarantee delivery on specific dates...hence the time ranges shown on each product page.

Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery for orders shipped from Hong Kong or China.

Please allow 7-12 Days for orders shipped from the USA to addresses in the United States

Please allow 10-14 Days for orders shipped from the USA to Canada.

Shipment tracking will be provided for all orders.

All of our goods are custom made on demand. In order to cut down on shipment costs your order will be sent directly from the production facility. Our production partners are located in Hong Kong, The United States and some European Countries. 

Shipping carriers might experience delays during holiday periods, or inclement weather. We have no control over shipping carrier delays including delays at customs for international orders. All delivery timelines listed at checkout are estimates only and may vary.

If items in your order are from multiple manufacturers your order will be split up. Tracking will be provided for each shipment.

Sometimes online tracking information takes a few days to be updated between carriers. Please check your email for shipping notifications. Tracking numbers and/or links to tracking will be provided in your order history.
